Returning to Self is a restorative weekend retreat created especially for caregivers who spend much of their time supporting others and are longing for space to rest, reflect, and reconnect.
Set in a calming coastal environment, this retreat offers a gentle rhythm designed to support the nervous system and invite a sense of ease. Over the course of the weekend, participants will move between guided reflection, creative expression, mindful movement, quiet time, and meaningful connection. The intention is not to fix or push toward change, but to create space—to listen inward, notice what nourishes you, and remember yourself beneath the roles you carry.
This experience is intentionally spacious and flexible. All activities are optional, and guests are encouraged to honor their own pace and needs throughout the weekend. Whether you choose to rest, participate fully, or move gently between the two, you are welcome exactly as you are.
Returning to Self is for caregivers who feel stretched, tired, or simply ready for a pause—those who want to reconnect with what feels steady, grounding, and true before returning to everyday life with greater clarity and support.
This retreat is offered in collaboration with Bee Balanced by Teresa and is the first in an ongoing series of retreats centered on care, connection, and embodied well-being.
